Summer Squash Sauté


1 medium size Zucchini Squash (sliced thin)

1 medium size Yellow Squash (sliced thin)

1 medium size OSO Sweet Onion

1/2 cup Sweet Red Pepper (chopped)

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

 Salt & Pepper to taste add a sprinkle of herbs to taste.

 Instructions: Heat Olive Oil on medium heat. Add squash, onions, & peppers. Sauté till product is cooked but not limp. Salt, pepper & herb to taste and serve. Serves 2-4
